One of the first things learned in judo, wrestling and many other sports is to relax. If we’re as taut as a pole it’s easy to be thrown off balance. Life is the same. If we’re tense and anxious, things seem to get worse. Right now, I take a deep healing breath and, slowly exhaling, just feel my body relaxing. Doing this several times I find myself receiving the peace of mind and spirit that comes through relaxation.
